Welcome! Myndflex has been in development for over a year now so I’m delighted to be introducing this brand new website to you.
The origins of Myndflex
Myndflex has been borne out of a combination of professional and personal circumstances. Professionally, I have been working for some years to find new and better ways to help people to be how they want to be at work. Personally, a serious illness diagnosis in the autumn of 2014 means that I have had first-hand experience of applying and refining the principles of balanced thinking in action (the Myndflex strapline). And an enforced medical time-out for treatment in 2014 and 2015 gave me the time and opportunity to create something that I probably would never have got round to otherwise!
The Myndflex blog
The focus of these blog posts is on providing accessible observations and insights about how our thinking affects how we feel, behave and react at work. In-line with the target audience for Myndflex, each post is directed to one or more of the following:
L&D and line managers who are involved in recommending development or coaching solutions for professionals and managers
individual professionals and managers who are interested in working on their outlook or approach as part of their personal development
coaches and development practitioners who are working with individuals to achieve personal development objectives that are related to mindset change
